We went to the Palais de la Découverte (Discovery Palace) in Paris to see a dinosaur exhibit. There were loads of fossils and robotic dinosaurs. There was the head and long neck of a diplodocus, a complete tyrannosaurus with its baby and a velociraptor. Quite a few of us were scared... surtout de celui-là! especially of this one! Vous le voyez le dinosaure derrière moi? Do you see the dinosaur behind me? We also read that the Lambeosaurus lived in Canada during the Late Cretaceous period. Isn't that cool? We learned a lot about the starts and even how to identify a few in the night sky. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to take pictures inside as it would make it harder to adjust to seeing in the dark. We visited the exhibit about the solar system. Here is a model of a lunar lander.
Tuesday evening, the teacher brought us back to Paris to see the French rapper Youssoupha perform in a big concert hall : the Zenith. The atmosphere was great!
